IRIE SOUL
It is a way of being. It is living, seeing and experiencing life consciously in a positive light. We can all be an Irie Soul, by nourishing an IRIE MIND, IRIE BODY and IRIE LIFE. Having an awareness of yourself through your thoughts, worshiping your body both inside-out and consciously creating a joyous life according to your naturality, your individual nature.

My name is Stacy, I am a conscious lifestyle coach, meditation guide and yoga teacher (RYT 200).  I coach through practices of self-awareness, empowerment, mindfulness and naturality, certified through the Center of Applied Neuroscience. I am a self-love-self-care advocate, a believer in the magic of the universe, synchronicity and the law of attraction. I live by the idea that, with the energy and vibrations we produce with our thoughts and feelings, we are each responsible for creating the lives we live. I also positively believe that there is an infinite amount of abundance amassed for us all. It is just up to each individual to connect with your inner voice and to find your true calling to live life according to your own nature. Just like Bob Marley sang, “Open your eyes, and look within. Are you satisfied? With the life you’re living?” we all need to answer this question honestly with ourselves. Work with me if you are ready to step outside your comfort zone. Like a single drop of water, just one thought can cause a ripple effect and set a series of events in motion. I will work with you to become conscious of the ideas you are putting out, as we manifest our reality with the energy and vibrations we offer. Things are, as we perceive them. That is why it all starts with a conscious mind and being aware of your thoughts. That is what a practice of meditation does.

It is not about turning off your mind, it is paying attention to the thoughts we are experiencing and bringing our awareness to self. When we meditate we simply slow down into the present. It is in that stillness, we connect with that conscious inner voice, the one that knows our true purpose and desires. We are all conditioned into thinking a certain way and this is the way our neuro-pathways are programmed. Meditation will not only change your thought patterns but also the way you react and you will begin to see things from a different perspective. I will guide you through simple practices that you can use daily and that will awaken your inner voice.

We all need to be more physically aware of our bodies, not for just how we look but for how we feel both inside and out. I want to help you rejuvenate and maintain an IRIE BODY by becoming conscious of what you put into it as well as being responsible and aware of the present physical condition of your body itself. It’s never too late to start no matter where you are in life. A practice of alignment-stretching through yoga, mindful eating, detoxification, drinking plenty of water and engaging in joyful activities are what it takes to sustain an able body for all your years.

The life of your dreams, the one you wake up and fall in love with everyday because it brings you so much joy. I know this is possible. I work with those who are ready to take action, to make a change and put themselves out there. Those who aren’t afraid to step outside the box, outside of their comfort zone and live outside the status quo and in themselves. This comes in many different forms but all comes down to feeling good, in whatever you do by seeing the good in every situation. When you are living with that fire burning purpose, you vibrate higher, and the whole world is lifted up with you.

Peek Under the Ocean

Like I mentioned in my post Tmrw Tday blog, one of my biggest take aways from the festival was the screening of the film, A Plastic Ocean.  We all hear about the litter that pollutes our oceans, but this film really went in and showed us how much of an impact plastic products have.  It gives a glimpse into the repercussions plastic is having on the world around us.  Since watching this film, this issue has not left my consciousness.
